a couple of misunderstanding with my account. I just wanted
to take a moment to express my thanks for the support of one
of your employees.
Your sales representative, Kim, was extremely pleasant and
knowledgeable. She was able to explain thing calmly with out
getting frustrated with my million and one questions. It’s
not often when you call customer service with a complaint
that the representative remains calm and doesn’t change
with the client’s attitude, but most importantly she
took the time to find a solution.
Her service and actions are to be commended. She is truly
